How do I understand this experience with an older woman?

For context I am a 28 year old male. I’ve only been in one long term relationship in my life. So you could say I don’t have much experience with women. A few months ago I started to have this little pain in my back nothing crazy but I felt that a massage would help. I work out so it was probably from over training. So I went to a massage place for a deep tissue massage. It being my first time I was surprised when the lady giving the massage asked me to take my clothes off. It felt ok to me so I did the massage was really good she really dug into all the knots and did a fantastic job. During the massage she was complimenting my muscles and body and I was flattered by her compliments. Finished the session didn’t think anything of it. After some weeks I came back because I still felt some tightness and this time I scheduled a 2 hours instead of 1 hour like before. This time around we started talking she was telling about herself and opening up about different things. This time she was a bit more flirty complimenting my body saying I’m cute. Then when I flipped she continues to massage me. When she go t to the private area. She looked as me as said we only do massage here and giggled. She got closer to me and said I can’t do extra only massage here. Then after that when she was massaging my inner thighs she kept getting close to my private part and touching it a little. Also complimenting me saying “your feet are cute” that was pretty much it for that visit. Two weeks later I come again and this time as soon as I entered she tells me I was waiting for you. I go into the room take off my clothes like normal keeping my boxers on. When she starts she says to me “it’s ok to remove “ and I’m like yes. So she removes it for me. She remembered my name as well. This time we were talking laughing. This time she keeps complimenting my butt. She tells me it’s too tight do you work it out a lot. So she keeps complimenting it and she said “you have a really beautiful butt” and me trying to be slick I say you do too. She giggles. And that was the most recent time.
Am I looking too much into this? Is this just normal?
I understand I could be totally off base here but I just want other people’s advice or opinion on this. And if the advances are real how do I react or accept those advances. I do find her cute of course. Preferably older women advice or men who have had experiences with older women.
