What kind of Noise Cancelling Headphones should I get?

I'm sorry if this gets asked alot around here but I really need help.

I want a noise cancelling headphone cus certain people around my house are extremely loud, but also for whenever I'm commuting (though this is less important than the first point). However, I'm not sure which one I should get.

I remember trying out the bose qc 2023 model last year for a little bit, and felt kinda uncomfortable with the anc after wearing them for a long while, but maybe I just hadn't gotten used to them. I was wondering if maybe I should get the qc 35 instead since I heard it's possible to turn anc off completely on it, where as the qc 2023 model can't truly turn it off completely, but I'm not sure.
