Anyone familiar with Zelleria?

while shopping online and I’m considering placing an order on Zelleria. Before I do, I’m wondering about a few things like whether the products match their descriptions, how long orders usually take to arrive, and how easy returns are if something goes wrong. Has anyone actually purchased from the site? Just trying to know what to expect.
