I'm confused and tired from all this bs(please read)

for context I belong from the st category but i belong from a part of up where i wasn't able to get my caste certificate made even after applying for it dozens of time both offline and online,the authorities here have straight up denied making us the caste certificate for no reason whatsoever

now i cleared neet with AIR-16K and i gave neet through general category,the only thing i wanted in a college was atleast let it be in a nice city but my fuckass rank is borderline for all those colleges,I could've gotten AIIMS NAGPUR if i had my certificate but alas💔,I really wanted iggmc nagpur but idk if I'll be able to get that in R3 in mcc and i really DON'T wanna take a college in some village in UP, now I'm confused and tired thinking about this bullshit that happened to me, i even thought of going till stray round in mcc but thats way too risky,💔💔💔💔💔 please gimme some suggestions on what should i do I've spent countless sleepless nights because of this bitchass problem🙏🏻🙏🏻
