Are referrals working for anyone?

I used to post every month my ref link in the mega thread and I'd pretty regularly get people using my codes. Now it seems I've done this several times and gotten nothing in the last year. Seems odd to me. Are people not using Visible or has something changed with referrals and they are no longer working, or would could be happening?
