Latest KernelSU-Next telling me to update Kernel

Hey all,

Xiaomi 17 user here. I've downloaded the latest version but unfortunately it tells me to update the Kernel to the latest version.

I used to use Wild Kernels and the KSUNext app shows me 6.12.23. It's been a while this has been released over WildKernels GitHub but it's the same version. I downloaded and installed via install any Kernel. Unfortunately that doesn't work. What do I do wrong?
