Parents with Ultra 4 - does it track when pushing a baby stroller?

Probably the silliest question I posted on Reddit yet, but to parents of babies who upgraded to the Ultra 4, does workout auto-detect now work when pushing a baby stroller?
Apple’s algorithm requires arm swings which I bizarrely found out after my kid was born and I noticed my Apple Watch never starts tracking walks of if I am pushing my baby. And step count during those walks is pretty limited too. Surely the biggest oversight by Apple, since most exercise new parents will get to do is take their babies out for a walk!
