Signs Your Dose Is Too Much

Like the title says, how did you figure out your dose might be too high? I went up to 72mg a few months ago and it's been fine but lately I feel like I might need a change. I've been having trouble sleeping, occasional irritability, a little spacey and just kind of stopped up creatively. Maybe some mood swings too. I don't really feel like a zombie like some posts talk about but I feel like something needs to change.
