Best shoes for the job?

My sneakers are finally on their last leg... They have zero tred left and I wouldn't want to keep them anyways as we are on our way to winter. I know my coworkers wear crocs very often, but those dont really interest me

I'm just curious is anyone has good recommendations for a "4 season" teacher shoe?
