Restroom access at work

I took a RN position at a 100 bed facility. I just found out there is one single restroom (toilet) for employees and visitors. There are 60 employees there. I never dreamed there would be one toilet. To make matters worse you have to get a key for the restroom and walk across the building. I went from being excited about starting to now wondering if I should even start.
Times like this I really hate this disease.
