Boeing flight training benefits?

Hello everyone! I just have some questions that I’m hoping someone in here will be able to answer regarding flight training benefits for Boeing employees. I will be moving to Seattle some time next year, and I’m interested in working at the Boeing manufacturing facility there. I have about 6 years of manufacturing experience as well as some time in management so I’m hoping it won’t be too difficult to get a job there with my resume, even if it’s just entry level to get my foot in the door. I’ve read that Boeing offers the benefit of flight training, which I am interested in pursuing. I’ve seen some mixed info online while doing research online about that so I’m hoping for more solid firsthand information if possible. has anyone in here taken advantage of that benefit, and if so can you tell me about how it went for you? What percentage of training does it help pay for, or does that depend on tenure/position? And are there any obligations/contracts involved with utilizing those benefits? Any info on the flight training benefits Boeing offers for their employees at all would be very appreciated! Thank you in advance :)
