This girl '20F' i '19M' like is going through a break up

hello so me '19 M' and that girl '20 F' were already flirting last year but it didn’t end up in anything, i really used to like her but i was too stubborn and used to fool around and so once she found a new guy we stopped talking, later, during this year, we started to befriend again, and one day i asked her where we’re going to, and she told me she has a boyfriend so there will be nothing sexual nor romantic, which i accepted, but now she got dumped and the first thing she did was telling me, and now we’re talking even more and seeing each other again but we’re not flirting, still there is the same feeling and way to bound that was there when we used to flirt, and i still really love her but i don’t want to be her toy that helps her with getting out her ex outta her mind. So do you know if anything can happen or not, btw i’m not gonna try to jump in and tell her i love her rn bc it would be really egoist from me since she’s still going through the break up and ig i’ll let her making the first and if it doesn’t happen it’s okay, i just want to know, is there a chance that we will end up being something ?
