Anybody else have the known side effect of diahrea after gallblader removal surgery.

I know I am not diagnosed with crohns. The symptom is similar to crohns. and many who experience this believe they have crohns. So after my gallblader removal I began experience diahrea every morning after consuming my first meal. It was horrible to say the least. I had light breakfast before heading out to my follow up and about 5 minutes into the trip I had to turn around back home and unfortunately right as I pulled into my driveway an incident took place. Ever since then I have been on colestramine for 2 years now and feel I'm starting to become immune to it. Anyone else struggling with this unfortunate side effect from gallblader removal?
