Cobbs creek is going to get gentrified

I've been doing some work at TGR these past few weeks, TGR is the coolest place in the world, if you're in Philadelphia I'd schedule a visit if you can. That being said, right next door they put a top tracer on the driving range (so it's basically a top golf now) and now they're building a PGA golf course right in the middle of the damn hood. All I ever see is old white fucks paying golf sadly. Rant over, gentrification fucking sucks and it's sad.
