Unintentional ban evasion. New ISP is the last resort ? Pls help.

My ISP uses a shared IP. When I had my first shadowban for no reason at all, I opened few accounts one after another since they kept on being shadowbanned right after any single comment. I didn’t know about shadowban and how it really worked. I have another account(new email) on my secondary device which was shadowbanned the same way, then it worked after a few days for 24 hours , and again shadowbanned for a harmless post. I think my IP is flagged ? I don’t know. I was never perma banned.
Got a new device recently, I don’t wanna flag it trying to open an account using the same network. I really enjoy Reddit. Should I get a new ISP ? It will cost me extra 40 USD every month.
