Do you use voice assistant to fasten the typing and save your authentic rhythm of voice?

Just found out how cool is to dictate my text and save the rhythm of my words just (me) with the voice and (you) reading it in your mind. It feels so natural and so smooth, as I'm really talking to you without any latency in typing the words.
So, I'm wondering how many of you use voice input daily?
