A.I.T.A for not dating this guy who’s HIV positive and unmedicated.

Met this guy last week. Great chemistry, super sweet, really pushing to date me. Yesterday we were chilling and I jokingly asked if he had any diseases. I then specifically asked if he had HIV because idk something seemed off.

He then admitted that he does… the thing is we already have had sex. He also said that since I did not ask, he assumed I didn’t care. Also he stated that it’s harder for tops to get it than the bottom, and that he thinks HIV is basically fake. He’s not on medication because he’s apparently down on his luck and does not have insurance for it.

So obviously I’m pissed he withheld that from me. And I kinda want to ghost tbh. I need to go get tested myself (which at this point may be too late). He really likes me though, said I got him excited by mentioning I wanted to live with him, and stated last night he is tired of being alone. I hate having to break hearts but I wanna know what you bros think?
