Can I get full Scholarships with predicted ( A*, A*, A, A )

I will be attending A2 next year, but I have no clue how to apply for scholarships (as I cannot afford to study abroad without 100% scholarships due to financial issues, yet it's my dream). However, I did a little bad in my AS this year (80, 81, 85, and 87). Can I really get all A*s in my A levels? Will there be any uni offering Full scholarships? And which universities are the best to study medicine, or anything related to biology or psychology?
