Do I have a realistic chance at a VS/TC with 60 on the dot?

I go to Bristol Uni and my grades are:

EU: 55
Intro to IP: 55
Advanced Obligations: 60
Jurisprudence: 62
Land Law: 63
Company Law: 65

AVG: 60

I really would like to secure a VS/TC with a decent firm (and I am happy to go/stay regional) - like Eversheds, CMS, Addleshaw Goddard, DLA Piper - but I really don’t know if my grades are going to hold me back.

I do have ECs for the second half of my degree and my uni were even recommending a supplementary year because my circumstances were quite distressing. I’m 2 days into my 3rd year and I’m aiming to finishing with a degree grade of 64ish. My grades have increased as I got awful 1st year grades - I think middling 50s.

Any guidance on my shituation would be great!
