Ride wait times?

Last time I went to GE was back in 2021 and 22 and things were kinda weird with getting on Rise of the Resistance (reserving a spot on the app early in the morning). I’m planning on going back in January with a friend who has never been. I want to make sure he gets the full experience. How are things done now? I assume they are just walk on and wait in line. How bad are the wait times on the SW rides for those of you who have been recently? Also, do I have to reserve spots at the cantina months in advance?
