Feeling addicted to Reddit, how do I get rid of this constant check?
Lately, I been feeling a constant urge to check my Reddit feed, replies to my posts and comments. (Almost 2-3hrs/day) & then checking overall sentiments on any latest controversies.
Some time back, I had a similar feeling for X (Twitter) and then I uninstalled the app and also blocked from all my digital devices.
With Reddit, I am also learning new things, trying to articulate my thoughts in a more refined way. But cant' submit to a constant urge of being glued to it.
I think, I should disable in app and email notifications to begin with, can you hare some practical tips on how to not get addicted here and be at peace?
