I'm getting back in for WoW Forever: What to do now?

Like I said in the title but I haven't played wow in any meaningful way since Legion and kind of BfA. What should I do if I'm just hoping back in a month before Forever? I'm also a bit confused on all the different distinctions of Classic (Classica, MoP, Seasons, etc...).
