Success TTC with Endometriosis

Hello! I'm looking for anyone who has/had endometriosis and was successful conceiving, and what did you do, if anything in particular, to conceive. I'm soon to be 39 and unsuccessful TTC for close to a year, and trying to weigh my options of getting surgery. An IVF clinic I went to said surgery would NOT increase my chances unless I was stage 4, but isn't endo notoriously hard to decipher by stage on imaging alone? Looking for anyones experience with this! TYSM!
