Server Delay Issues

I'm having issues with server delay I believe on Na-East? My ping stays near same and I'm not getting packet lose but the delay between pulling weapons out and building has a noticeable delay especially when shooting sometimes. I have fiber internet and my PC runs 360fps just fine. It seems to be better in reload and creative which I believe is common? Battle royale you can really feel it. Any one else?
