400 sales. All five stars. I only sell things I obtain directly from a manufacturer or reputable store. I sold an item directly from the Harrods Advent calendar. Buyer is claiming authenticity issues. I know Mercari is going to honor the request. I am now out the money. What is the use in getting it back. Cannot resell it since I no longer can guarantee that it is new and authentic. People suck.
