Where to go in March?

My daughter has a longer-than-normal school break coming up in March.

We've got a long, long list of places we want to visit, so we're having a hard time narrowing it down to the places that are best suited to visit in mid-March. We don't mind colder weather, but there are some places on our list that are better suited to warmer weather so they wouldn't be great in March.

So if you could go anywhere in the world in March specifically, where would you go?

We're a family of 3 (mom, dad, 10yo daughter). We love all kinds of destinations. Mostly just looking for new experiences, good and/or interesting food, beautiful scenery or unique architecture, etc... Probably not super interested in strenuous adventure travel, but otherwise open to all kinds of recommendations. Budget is flexible. We're traveling from the US, and live close to a major airport.
