How do I get weapon skins in operation without using real life money?

I’m a new player. Started last week. The amount of menus in this game is completely unnecessary and honestly almost made me just back out of the game instantly lol. But how the heck do I unlock weapon skins without using real life money? What do I do and which of the 759 menus do I go to?
