Has anyone made/found any apps/addons to mess with the in game sounds/music at all?

I've posted variations on this before, but things move so fast in the community so it's worth asking from a different direction: I don't hate the music, I play with the sound on. That said, I'd love to be able to easily tweak/change/mute certain sound entries, be it the werewolf growls or the plane of sky ringtone-size looping theme. Like yes I know that's all the music in EverQuest but certain ones bug me more than others.

I am not interested in just turning all the music off, ot having some kinda playlist on the second screen.

Has anyone found any functioning apps or addons that allow intuitive, non-just-find-the-file tools to mess with the game music?
