Should I go for recovering my FnF amount or not

2 years back my ex-company laid off people saying performace issue in one night with an email saying 3 months compensation out of good will. Next money they made us resign on account that we will receive experience letter and FnF amount to be signed which we will get after a month but we did not.

After 7 months I filed a case after failed attempts to labour cout. My lawyer filed civil case. Now after everything Judge give the judgement of taking this csse to Arbitrator because there is a clause of it in my offer letter which I did not know.

Now I showed this to another lawyer and he said this case should never have gone to civil court because of this Arbitrator clause and that either my lawyer js chutiya or just scammed me.

I just don't know what to think and that it is also my fault to not know this. I have given her 50k and still at nothing.

I just wanted advise on whether should I drop the case or should I go for arbitrator which I can barely afford. The clause also says if arbitrator is not assigned under 30 days then 3 arbitrators will be assigned so 3x money to spent which I am sure company will do.
