Things to do with your mom

I live in the GTA and would love to spend a fun day downtown with my mom. I’m looking for recommendations for things like events, markets, great spots to grab a bite, shopping, or anything else that would make for a nice day out together.

She doesn’t drink, so we’re interested in activities and places that aren’t centred around bars etc.

She has a few days off around Thanksgiving, so if there’s anything fun happening that week, like markets, pop ups, seasonal events, or anything else worth checking out, I’d love some suggestions!
