Beginner deck help

hello, ive been collecting cards for 2 years now and im finally stepping in the actual card game, im looking for any help to build or a pre built Umbreon deck, either focused on umbreon or that has umbreon in it, since its my favorite pokemom and i want to play with it as much as i can! not really a fan of meta in games but more of a fun player, thanks in advance to any help/advice!
