Never had a raid

Hello everyone

I have a question about raids. 200 days game, I NEVER had a single raid in my game. At the very early game a kid came to tell me about raid, I paid him to avoir it (as far as I remember). But I literally never had a raid and I never saw this kid again. Is it normal ? All the settings are default
