Bought K668 and disappointed

I’m new to audio recording and don’t really know anything about this, but I decided to buy K688 to improve my voice quality during calls and in games. I received and set it up today, and everything is working fine, but I don’t understand why my voice is so quiet even though all the settings are turned up to the max.

Has anyone encountered this problem? I’ve positioned the microphone 10-15 cm from my mouth and am speaking directly into the center, exactly as the instructions say.
