How to keep buying the next best thing in the market. Saving hacks that work so far

Ok so its just one simple hack that you need to make a part of your life to really save up quick. Like I want to buy something for my home office. Here's how I am going to save up.

- I stop buying food from outside. Like fast food becomes a luxury that I cannot afford if I want this to work. I'd take home cooked meals to work.

- Carry a snack and your water bottle with you everywhere. I have learned the hard way that I do more impulsive buying when I am hungry. So better to always have the hunger curbed.

- Lastly, if you want to buy something online, leave it in your basket for 2-3 days. That company is going to make it its life's mission for you to purchase everything. They'll offer discount codes. I keep getting emails from even the fancy gadget websites trying to get me to take discount on their robotic arm or monitor screens.

I save for my fascinations that really don't last that long. 2-3 months ago it was a good office chair but this month its a robotic arm for monitor from a kickstarter I saw.

These things, I can love them and buy them simply because I save up in different ways. Oh and the good chair? I got it from fb marketplace (another tip, good things are always there at reduced prices since some people like to buy new things a lot).
