How do you suggest I bring up upcoming doctor’s appointments and vacation when I have my interview tomorrow?

ECE professionals only - Feedback wanted

I have an interview tomorrow for an ECE position and I’m a bit stressed about how and when to disclose some pre-planned time off. For context, I spoke with the recruiter on the phone today and they mentioned the company is generally very flexible with this kind of thing. However, I’m unsure whether I should bring up these dates during the interview itself or wait until I get an offer and bring it up via email when accepting the job. I figured it would be much more respectful to get all of this out in the open before I’m hired rather than pulling the rug out from under them later.

When it comes to my schedule, I need to leave in the afternoon a few hours before close on three separate days during the month of October for doctor’s appointments, though I plan to offer to come in early on those days to make up for the time and help with morning ratios. Additionally, I need to be completely off on October 30th and November 2nd for a family trip. Other than that, I don’t need to work any specific hours or need any days off.

How do ECE directors and teachers usually view this? Is it better to lay it all out during the interview so there are no surprises or wait until an offer is on the table? Any advice is appreciated!
