hi guys , i took a drop and i thought ki it would be easy but like i am studying and giving mocks but like after 10th i like lost all my frnds.
the ones i had in coaching never pick up my phone cuz they went to pvt clgs , like ive literally no one to talk to in months and i started gym but idk i just social anxiety
and after a year of no exercise i gained weight and its hard to lose now ,cuz ive never been overweight b4 , bcuz im 6'4'' and its hard to put on weight and like this stress eating has fucked me up
the reason of drop was that ki i panicked in paper now i need to give to my full ability but im so fucking scared now cuz only 4 months are left and what if i will have to join those pvt clgs my coachng ppl went , they would mock me

like i was scoring 160 to 180 in mocks in last dec , now im at fucking 130 140 , the panic is unreal during mocks i just keep thinking about the score , all the mehnant wasted , and just to avoid studying im watching reels , mind you i deleted my insta acc on april 2 , 2024 its been 2yrs, now i made a spam acc to stalk my frnds , like wtf is wrong w me
like never in 2 yrs i slipped , the trauma of fucking up in exams is eating me alive
and im fed up of talking to ai like its good for doubts but fucks your mental health
how are y'all dealing

hey, any droppers here?
