My shipping is my biggest time sink -- what helped you speed things up?

I am so so so so slow when it comes to shipping, and its primarily on account of the fact that I am just scavenging supplies and piecing them together. I could be doing so much more if it wasn't for this time sink.

What helped you speed this process up? I would like to invest in some actual supplies, but the expense just seems to be too much for where I am looking right now. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
