I accidentally ate 6 day old cooked beets

I bought a package of vacuum sealed cooked beets, and opened them up 6 days ago. I strategically opened them up at the time so that the remaining 2 i wasn’t using would remain mostly sealed in the original packaging, then I secured it with an elastic band to trap any extra air. I didn’t consider that these should be consumed within a short time frame, so 6 days later I just ate one. It smelled fine, looked fine and tasted fine - but the package says consume within 3 days!!

I literally already ate one 😭😭
