Ight so basically, kenzo and port Richmond, n all that is like considered lower northeast by city lines and all, but then I see ppl say they’ve never heard of that ever, and don’t think it’s “lower northeast.” Then I see sum say like Yh it’s jst norf Philly then I see others say nah it’s jst its own area of the bitty, but in that case what that area called?
