Best hairstylist in Scottsdale for thick men’s hair?

I have really thick straight hair and I’m currently growing it out, so I’m looking for someone who’s really good with layers, shaping, and scissor work. I’ve found that a lot of barbers are great with fades/shorter cuts, but it’s been harder to find someone who knows how to properly work with a lot of hair and give it some shape without taking too much length off.

I’m not necessarily looking for a traditional barber, I’m open to a salon/stylist as long as they’re good with men’s longer/thicker hair.

If anyone in Scottsdale has someone they really recommend, I’d appreciate being pointed in the right direction!
