Do Amazon recruiters even check their LinkedIn?

Got reached out to Amazon opening (SWE) 4 months back, I mentioned in a reply I applied and then she ghosts me. I have since then texted her twice, do they even check? Also do Amazon recruiters check your profile and like it and then text you on LinkedIn or is it mass emailing candidates?
