PP or not PP

I am doing my postdoc now in traditional engieering field. Had 3 years working experience in industry before.

citations is ~500, paper is ~20, review ~50.

I think I am a weak/medium case, def not a strong one.

I have a PD with previous NIW.

So scared with the current approval rate, should I wait for 3 months to pp?
