How to know my ex is still into me?

My ex and I are in a confusing state of relationship where she hides her feelings from back then. She wants me to grow and live my life good. Texts me, asks about me. Even I noticed she still cares when I was sick last week. She wanna meet me (We never met irl). She doesn't show her hair in pics but today she shared her casual pic with me with no scarf on her head. I'm confused about her feelings about me. And also I want her. She doesn't shows her feelings regularly. She is kinda tsundere.

How could I know about her feelings specifically? I'm confused as I'm a straightforward guy.
