Server Choice?

Evening! Apologies in advance if I do/say anything wrong never really use reddit much so not sure of the right etiquette of it all!

Me and my partner will be playing WoW:Forever on release. I'm very much a WoW noob, its a game I always wanted to get into but never really did so now feels like the perfect time. My wife has plenty of WoW experience so she's good!

Im basically looking for advice on server choice, we're EU mostly PvE players (I've never attempted WoW PvP, would love a server with a Finnish playerbase or even a Finnish guild!
