Advice on IEM + live sound processing

Hey - I'm a drummer who is preparing for a BA (Hons) music live show. I have a band with alto sax, tenor sax (+backing vocals), trumpet (+lead vocals), bass, and myself on drums.

I want to run sax1, sax2, trumpet, vox1, vox2, and bass into my MacBook M1 max to have their individual signals processed by effects. The set is to click with automated delays, reverb etc. for creative effect. I also want an individual IEM for each member of the band.

The plan is to invest in some gear that I can use beyond this performance, something that would suit a small to mid level band gigging venue to venue and touring.

I'm considering getting a Behringer Wing Rack, to receive all of the instruments, send dry IEM, process the instruments and send them to front of house. I was also thinking of getting an ART S8 so that I can split the drums between IEM and front of house. I understand I'll also need a router so that the band can use the wing app for controlling their IEM. I will need a piece of gear (like upcoming Behringer SC16-o) to extend the outputs on the Wing Rack so that it can accommodate both IEM and separate wet stems for front of house.

Looking for any advice on hardware, professional solutions, or even YouTube videos with helpful breakdowns.

Thank you! :)
