Tremor on Intuos writing equations

I use my Intuos Pro (Pro Pen 3) in OneNote (win11) for math. I have a tremor which is getting worse as I age, and is adding extra marks as I pick up my pen move write the next number or whatever. I would add a video for clarity but I don't know how. My writing is becoming somewhat sloppy as a result. Are there settings I can adjust to maybe stop the recognition of the pen at a smaller distance from the tablet, or something like that? Thanks.
