AITA for wanting to uninvite my friend’s to my birthday trip?

So pretty much what the title says am I the asshole for wanting to uninvite my friend to my Vegas birthday trip my husband and I got a trip to Vegas and we were told we can bring two people. It’s a timeshare. My husband was excited and invited his friend and then told me to invite a friend so I did even though I really wanted to just do the trip with him and I, but was convinced that it would be a fun trip if we made it a friend trip fast forward a couple days my friend that I invited invited us to go out and we haven’t gone out in a very long time with her so we decided to, and it just wasn’t the best night she got extremely drunk and my husband and I started thinking about how scary it would be to be in a situation like we were in ,in a place where we were not familiar, so my husband has agreed that he doesn’t want to invite anyone and go alone, but the problem is we’ve already invited them. It’s not till February and it’s currently September and we just told them about it no plane tickets have been purchased or even looked at, and we would be providing a hotel and stuff would we be the assholes for uninviting the friends?
