Disabling fleet carrier services - will it affect alts?

Essentially as above. I have a fleet carrier that I have all my alt accounts on board with all their ships and gear. I am saving up for a squadron carrier, and I was wondering if removing services would force the equipment to be sent to the nearest station, or if it would stay on board the carrier and just be inaccessible.

Mainly, I will be paring down my fleet carrier in time once I have the squadron carrier, but I don't want to accidentally send things across the galaxy while closing these features down.
