looking for online psychiatrist for adult ADHD

I was diagnosed with ADHD through Practo by Dr. Jitendra Biswal.

Honestly, the experience wasn't great. I booked a specific appointment time because I was alone at home and wanted to talk to a psychiatrist privately. He later told me he wasn't available and delayed the appointment by two days, which was quite stressful for me.

When the consultation finally happened, it was only a 16-minute phone call. I paid the full ₹1,000 consultation fee, and I was diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed Inspiral 10 mg. I didn't feel like I got enough time to properly explain my symptoms or understand the diagnosis and medication.

The first 2–3 days on Inspiral actually felt amazing. I could start studying much more easily, barely touched my phone, felt calmer, and wasn't daydreaming as much. But now it doesn't feel nearly as effective and seems to last only a few hours. I also haven't taken it for the last 2–3 weeks.

I'm now looking for a new online psychiatrist in India, preferably someone who understands adult ADHD and actually spends enough time discussing treatment.

I don't need another ADHD diagnosis. I mainly want someone I can work with to explore medication options, duration, dosing/formulations, and what might work better for me.
