For example, right now it’s:
“We’re all just blocking the street” with Brian and that New Orleans band.

“Bonnie’s not pretty enough to be as mean as she is.”

Lois screaming “Peter!” after she found him and her mom doing…you know what.

The meme with Peter in bed with the iPad is from Season 17, “Trans-Fat.”

The Pills meme is also from a recent episode.

Lois saying, “I wanna switch. I wanna switch.”

Lois taking a photo of Peter and going, “Ha! You gaybo!”

And what I’m noticing is that a **majority of these memes are all Lois.**

I don’t think it’s said enough, but I really love how the audience is starting to see Lois as more comedic and relatable to themselves. For a character who was traditionally more of the “straight woman” of the family, it’s interesting seeing the show lean more into her being weird, petty, unhinged, awkward, or just genuinely funny.

I think people have really given up and moved on from wanting *Family Guy* to end, and honestly, I think this is one of the reasons it’s still around. The show is constantly creating a new joke or moment that starts trending every few months or even weeks, and a lot of those moments are coming from the newer seasons.

And Lois seems to be one of the characters benefiting from that the most.

It’s kinda funny seeing people who may not even be actively watching every new episode still recognize these newer *Family Guy* jokes when they pop up online. The show keeps finding ways to create moments that escape the actual episode and become memes on their own.

I find it funny how people downplay modern family guy even though it trends every few months
